We are not a suitable fit for advertising-only requests, lowest-cost one-off development, AI-based diagnosis or treatment recommendations, or large-hospital tenders.

Pricing
  • Annual lump sum: ¥398,000 for improvement / ¥698,000 for a rebuild (includes 12 months of operational support)
  • Monthly Improve: ¥0 initial fee; ¥58,000 per month for months 1–12 (existing-site improvement; a rebuild adds ¥300,000)
  • From month 13 onward: ¥34,800 per month or ¥348,000 per year
  • Minimum term for the monthly plan: 6 months (a practical preparation period for system development)
  • If a rebuild is required under the monthly plan: an additional ¥300,000
  • From the second clinic onward: 50% off the development fee, with monthly fees starting at ¥24,800
  • Ownership of the domain, content, and files belongs to the clinic
  • We hand over all assets to the clinic even upon cancellation

All prices exclude tax. For additional websites or custom features, we will explain the scope and cost before beginning work.

Do I have to sign a contract if I have a consultation?

No. The consultation is an opportunity to review your current issues and whether 1F8’s support is a good fit.

I have not yet decided whether to rebuild

That is not a problem. If your current foundation can be used, we will recommend improvements.
