We organized the clinic's information and redesigned the site to make it easy to read on smartphones as well.

Result: 500% increase in new patients (from a baseline of 100 before the improvements to 600 afterward)
Both the clinic and 1F8 believe that the website redesign led to this increase. This is an individual result for Murakami Clinic, and results will vary depending on factors such as location, medical services, and competition. Similar results are not guaranteed.

Website renewal for an established clinic

Clearer routes to services, doctors, and first-visit information bring the clinic’s established trust and character into the website.

The clinic website also introduces the person welcoming patients.

Although the clinic had supported community healthcare for many years, its previous website was no longer being updated and did not adequately communicate its medical services and reputation online. Its readability on smartphones, entry points from search results to each medical service page, and post-launch update process also needed to be reviewed.
INFORMATION
We organized the clinic's information and redesigned the site to make it easy to read on smartphones as well.
We organized information on internal medicine, cardiology, gastroenterology, pediatrics, nephrology and dialysis, along with staff, facilities, and access details, so that patients could find it easily.
We put in place the fundamentals needed to help patients find the clinic, including page structure, headings, internal links, display, and security. In August 2026, we standardized the canonical HTTPS URLs and implemented Open Graph metadata. This resolved the issue of old HTTP versions of pages remaining in search results.
We update medical service information and clinic announcements, continually adding information that is useful to patients. From 2021 through 2026, we recorded more than 671 ongoing improvements and updates.
The website answers simple questions about topics such as consultation hours and access. Each chat eliminates the need for one phone call, and the clinic director has also observed a decrease in calls to reception. When a patient asked, “Can I pay by card?”, we obtained the clinic's approval and added the accurate response that only cash is accepted.
INFORMATION
After the website redesign, the number of new patients rose to six times the pre-improvement level. This was the result of creating a foundation that communicates the clinic's services and reputation online and enables patients arriving from search engines to consider visiting the clinic. We continue to manage the site today.
